One of her passions was her dedication and work in attempting to encourage nations to cease the world-wide production of land mines, which each year maim and take the lives of innocent civilians. Although the text only touches briefly on the subject, the authors hope publication of Flowers For Princess Diana will help to add emotional reinforcement to that particular cause of hers.
